LifeGroups at Ross Grove
LifeGroups are a special small-knit group of believers that share commonalities. One group is a retired or semi-retired crowd that is still “young at heart.” Another group that meets consists of twenties and thirty-something-year-olds who meet once a month. Lifegroups form when the need arrises. If you would like to be a part of an existing group or form one yourself, let us know!
Senior Adult Ministry
Call them the “Goodtimers” because they know how to have a good time. Ross Grove is blessed to have a vibrant over-65 crowd. This group seeks to keep that crowd actively serving the Lord and enjoying good Christian fellowship. This ministry arranges special events at the church, especially for this age demographic. They plan short day trips to different destinations that our seniors would enjoy. They’ve been known to take overnight trips that are fun, educational, and exciting (like a trip to see the Ark in Kentucky). But the bread and butter of this ministry are the coveted and highly competitive movie nights, trivia, bingo nights, and board game competitions. To say they have a “hoot” is an understatement. We would appreciate your input if you have ideas for activities, programs, or service opportunities. You don’t have to be a senior adult to help out. Young Adults
Life groups at RGBC are a place where you can come as you are and grow into what God wants for you! Life-groups are a blended collection of 20 and 30-year-olds who are parents, non-parents, married, or single. We all have one thing in common- we are just trying to thrive in this life! We all understand how busy life can be, so life-groups are a place to unwind and focus on God’s word. It’s a place to laugh and learn together. We meet monthly on Friday nights to eat dinner, study God’s word, and unwind from the day-to-day stress of careers and parenting.
